What countries do you ship to?
We ship locally in Malaysia, but we also offer international shipping, but the shipping rate will be different depending on the country.
How long does shipping take?
Local delivery takes 2-3 days.
International delivery takes 3-7 days depending on the country
How do I track my order?
You'll get 2 emails
1st email: confirmation email, once you have made purchased.
2nd email: Tracking number will be sent once the product is shipped. If you cannot find your email, look into the junk mail. Still can't find it, you can send a whatsapp to us with your Order ID and we will send send you your tracking number.
Do you offer return/exchange?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, used candles and perfumes cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please note that we also do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases. However, if the product is damaged or shattered during the delivery, we are happy to refund or exchange the product for you. Please email us at mysticmist28@gmail with the proof of damage within 48 hours of receiving the orders.

How do i properly care for my candle?
The care instructions are conveniently printed on the back of the packaging.
What to do if my wood wick keeps flaming out?
If your wood wick isn't staying lit, it could mean that your wick is either too long or too short.
You may need to trim your wick for a proper burn. The easiest way to do this is by pinching off the top burnt bits with your fingers or using a small tools such as nail clipper or a wick trimmer.
Why is my flame flickering?
Whenever your wood wick is flickering, dwindling or burning out, it's possible there's a tiny 'glitch' in the timber.
Specific wood wicks may need several tries to light up. Multiple relights could be needed, but once ignited, they should burn consistently.
How can i stop my candle from tunnelling?
Your candle may tunnel if you extinguish the flame before its optimal burn time, creating a 'tunnel' effect. This leftover wax can hinder its full burn potential and cause lighting issues later on.
I've tunnelled my candle! What can i do?
Don't panic, don't stress and keep calm. If you've accidentally tunnelled your candle don't be afraid as there is an easy way to fix it. All you have to do is take an aluminium foil and wrap it around the sides and top of the tin, then poke a hole to light the wick. This will create an oven inside the candle for the edges to melt.
How can i reuse my tins?
Good Question, our tin cans can be reused and recycle after you have completely finish lighting your candle. To reuse, you can properly clean your tins, first you'll want to remove any additional wax on the inside of the jar. You can do this by heating up your tins in low simmering water to melt the wax. Once melted, discard the wick and add a little bit of water so it sets to a firm block. Remove the firm block of wax with a fork, then wash the inside with some soap and water.

Can i customise the scents for my perfume?
Customisation of scents for perfumes will be available in the future as we will offer customisation such as the type of notes or scents that you prefer, the mood that goes with the scent, and also for who you want to give as a gift.
Why is my perfume smell different after a week?
This is because after you left your perfume inside the dark and cool storage like drawers, you are letting the perfume to macerate, as a result, the perfume will have a stronger smell and it will be more long-lasting.
What is the right scent for me?
There are certain descriptions given to a fragrance. For example, you may have heard of Eau de Parfum (EDP), Eau de Cologne (EDC), and Eau de Toilette (EDT).
The difference is the concentration of oil found in them. For EDP, the oil concentration is between 8% and 15%.
For EDC, on the other hand, the oil concentration is between 2% and 4%. In the case of EDT, the concentration is between 4% and 8%. Oil concentrations also vary for perfumes (15% to 25%) and aftershaves (2% to 4%).
What Are Notes in a Perfume?
Individuals may refer to this when purchasing perfumes locally or online. Notes represent a perfume's distinct components such as lemon, sandalwood, rose, cedarwood, flowers, woods, spices, and herbs utilised in creating fragrances.
A combination of ingredients produces scents, creating harmonies in fragrance. Perfumery terms share similarities with music.
These different notes are also where personalities and scents meet. If you’re daring and adventurous you might go for something with spices, whereas a soft natured person might be drawn to softer scents too.
How long does your perfume last?
For our perfume, it will last 6-8 hours but that will also depend on the factor and the places you are going. For example, if you use lotion as the base before spraying the perfume, it will typically last longer than the average perfume time.
How Do I Apply My Chosen Scent?
There are so-called "hot spots" when applying your perfume. The rule of thumb is to use your perfume on these spots.
Apply your perfume to the following spots:
- The temples
- Wrists
- Behind your ears
- The nape of your neck
- The crease of your elbows
- The small of your back
- The back of your knees
Women, in particular, can also apply perfume between their breasts or at the navel area if they wish. Applying perfume to these areas will make the scent more fragrant. Remember not to rub your wrists together after applying perfume.
